Dr. Zimi Angad Singh, PsyaD is a senior Psychologist and Founder Head of Mental Health First® India Mission. He is a PhD in Psychoanalysis (Psychoanalyst). He hails from National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences (ex-NIMHANS). He is a Certified Positive Psychologist from prestigious Harvard University, USA. He was involved with Ministry of health & family welfare project for three years and was a member in a W.H.O project for six months.

Second born in a small town of Punjab, he was raised in a liberal religious family that valued love and education above all. His passion for helping others came from his childhood as his mother adds that he was an inquisitive and intuitive child with sparking eyes & knack for asking thought provoking questions that can put you off-balance. Before coming to psychology, he has even worked in Merchant Navy and Management fields gaining multicultural competence. He was awarded his Apex degree in Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore.

He is currently certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming Therapy, Hypnotherapy & Gestalt Therapies & Life coaching. Populations that he sees range from Individual & Group therapy interventions in De-addictions, Child, Adolescent & Familial counseling settings and even hold outbound training sessions for the schools & corporate at individual & joint formats. He has an extensive list of thousands of satisfied clients.

He was fortunate in travelling across the world during his Navy days. In his emerging adolescent years, he learnt pipe band music for eight good years and later even worked in theater-dramatics for four years.

Now, he is among India’s leading psychologists. His methods are uncanny and are often talk of the tinsel town. Due to his standing in the field, he has gained memberships of American Psychological Association, Canadian Psychological Association, International Association of Applied Psychology, Bhartiya Counselling Psychology Association and Counsellors Council of India.
